OUR MISSION

Reduce the in house rejection to below 50 ppm.
To reduce the in house rejection to 50 ppm and customer rejection to 0 ppm.
To concentrate on Automation and reduce human error
To remove the conventional machines and replace by CNC's.
To reduce secondary operation's and try to complete the components on minimum set ups.
To train the ITI's and Diploma holder's to take more responsibilities and promote them to be dept. head's (Target of at least 3 per years)
At least 2 training per year regarding the latest standard to be given to the depts and Management Head.
No rework to be done . Believing in first time right policy. 8 To make all the components DOL.
To concentrate on worker's training at shop floor level and introduce them to latest quality tool's and safety standard.
To improve cleanliness and 5S.
To add Poka-Yoke's at different departments to reduce rejection.
To encourage employee's to give suggestions (Kaizen's) for betterment of employee's and employer.
To give awareness regarding competition and customer satisfactions.

VISION

To achive sales of 100 crore by 2024 Roadmap:
By increasing the plant and machinery by 3 folds
For plant a plot of 1.25 acres has been bought and construction to start soon to construct 1,00000 sq. area.
Machinery investments to be only CNC's, Grinder and Thread Rolling and to increase no. to 100 by 2024 presently 50 nos.
To add 2 new customers (Automotive and Non-Automotive) and minimum 5-10 products every year.
To increase the sales of existing customers by atleast 15-25% to YOY as per the projections and the past yearly records
To achive the target of 100 crores 60% would be from existing customers and 40% from new customer.
To start a new line of production like Dental Implants & Medical orthopadic screws.
To make a Pivot Fabrique a Environmental and Eco friendly company.
To increase Automation and reduce manpower.
To stress on human safety and Facilitates of Employee`s.
To reduce the labour in the final inspection and make it totally Automated with Optical Scanner's to reduce the human error.
To increase the profitability to atleast 30% by various VA/VE activites and new equipments.

Mr. Balbir Singh

Technical Directors

The technical director’s of the company, has nearly 5 decades of experience in the precision industry. He completed his studies from Switzerland, specializing into precision components. Thereafter he joined a company and looked into the manufacturing of precision components for watches. In 1973 he made up his mind to start his own company. There was no looking back after this. He is responsible for the overall working of the company and is involved in making strategic decisions for the Company.

Mr. Manpreet Singh, the managing director of the company, graduated with a bachelors degree of engineering from Manipal University. He joined Pivot in the year 1996 taking the legacy forward.
