Mr. Balbir Singh
The technical director of the company has nearly 5 decades of experience in the precision industry. He completed his studies from Switzerland, specializing into precision components, and looked into manufacturing precision components for watches. In 1973 he made up his mind to start his own company. He is responsible for the overall working of the company and is involved in making strategic decisions.
Mr. Gurkripal Singh

Mr. Manpreet Singh
Mr. Manpreet Singh, the managing director of the company, graduated with a bachelor's degree of engineering from Manipal University. He joined Pivot in the year 1996 taking the legacy forward — driving the company's modernisation programme, CNC expansion, and international growth strategy.
